Paul Willo, or Willo, is Founder & Managing Director at The Specialized Project CIC. He is an author, singer and a lifelong Ska fan. Willo's experience and knowledge about 2-Tone and The Specials has made him a frequent guest and interview subject with media outlets VH1and Channel 4 in the UK.
